About Jessica
With over 12 years of experience at a financial institution, including 10 years in the real estate services division, where my passion for real estate began, I bring a strong foundation in both finance and property transactions. Alongside my professional experience, I am completing my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, set to graduate in May 2026, which complements my hands-on knowledge of the industry.
Throughout my career, I’ve been actively involved in Real Estate Owned (REO) transactions for both residential and commercial properties across the bank’s footprint, supporting all aspects of the process from property transfer to sale. I worked closely with property managers, appraisers, agents, brokers, and attorneys, and assisted in maintaining a portfolio of over 100 REO properties and sale transactions.
In addition, I have hands-on experience assisting the lease administration department with the bank’s leased and subleased locations across the footprint. This includes assisting with abstracting leases and managing contractual lease payments for a variety of commercial lease types.
With this experience, I can now bring my expertise to helping clients navigate buying, selling, renting with confidence and ease. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service and having a strong attention to detail in every transaction.
