Fiorelli Realty began with a vision.
After years of building a trusted personal brand and serving families throughout Connecticut, our founder recognized a need for something different in the local real estate landscape. Oxford is a close-knit, family-oriented community, and yet the brokerage experiences available often felt corporate and impersonal. Clients were treated like transactions, and agents were expected to fit into rigid systems that didn’t always support their growth or creativity.
In 2025, Fiorelli Realty was created to change that.
The goal was simple: build a boutique, family-style brokerage rooted in relationships, personalized service, and genuine care for the people we serve.
With deep experience working inside larger real estate companies, our leadership understood both the strengths and the shortcomings of the corporate model. There was a clear opportunity to design something better. At Fiorelli Realty, agents are empowered to serve clients with authenticity and an individual approach, supported by strong back-end systems, hands-on guidance, and a culture that values collaboration over competition.
